<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens of which the adjusting work in an assembling process is easy. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of lens groups LG1 and LG2 other than single lens group LG3 that is subjected to eccentricity adjustment are fixed by a pressing ring 14 screwed in an outer frame 11. Then, an intermediate frame 15 supporting the lens group LG3 is disposed in a place opposite to a screw hole 12 formed at the outer frame 11.
