PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve communication with the efficient number of times, concerning a communication control device and program. SOLUTION: When the amount of data whose transmission has been requested (or the total value) exceeds a determined threshold (S3:YES), a communication control device establishes a session, and performs the communication of data (S5 to S8). Also, when the amount of data (or the total value) is equal to or less than a threshold, the communication control device updates the total value of the amount of data (S4), and continues addition until the total value exceeds the threshold. Thus, the communication of data is performed with the amount of data collected to some extents, thereby the number of times of communication is made smaller than the case that the data are successively transmitted without being collected.
