PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye mask, forming enough space not to crush down an eyelash made up by using recent long false eyelashes or eyelash extensions, simple in structure to be suitable for mass production, disposable to be supplied for daily use, and easily folded up to achieve excellent portability. SOLUTION: This eye mask 10 includes: an oblong mask body 12 covering both eyes in use; and ear holding parts 20a, 20b provided at both ends of the mask body to hold the ears when being worn. The mask body includes a left eye mask part 13b covering the left eye and a right eye mask part 13a covering the right eye, and a nose cutout part 18 is formed between the left eye mask part and the right eye mask part.
