PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometer and spectrometry which can improve measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: Since light emitted from a light source 2 and reflected by an irradiation surface IF is condensed by a plurality of two-dimensionally arranged lenses 6A, and light transmitted through the lenses 6A is dispersed by a prism 10A and received by an imager 11 for each prescribed band to disperse and receive light reflected by a plurality of regions, the amount of a component to be measured in the plurality of regions can be measured and measurement accuracy is improved.
