<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device, generating a sequence control signal for uniquely controlling ON states of circuits without depending on the order of turning on a plurality of power sources, regardless of whether the plurality of power sources are located inside or outside of the semiconductor integrated circuit device, in the semiconductor integrated circuit device having the power sources. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device 100 is equipped with: a first electronic circuit 120 which is operated by a first power source VCC1; a second electronic circuit 140 which is operated by a second power source VCC2; and a sequence control circuit 180 which detects the magnitudes of voltages of the first power source VCC1 and the second power source VCC2 at a predetermined detection level, and generates a sequence control signal PS1 for controlling an ON operation of the first electronic circuit 120 and a power-on reset signal POR for initializing the second electronic circuit 140. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
