PURPOSE: A backlight assembly of a liquid crystal display device is provided to implement high brightness by increasing the number of lamps. CONSTITUTION: A backlight assembly(100) of a liquid crystal display device comprises a lower cover(101) which has an exhaust vent hole at the side area, a printed circuit board(105) in which a plurality of lamp holders(107) are arranged, a lamp which is supported by an electrode fixing unit on the lamp holder, a supporter side(111) which is formed on the upper part of the lower cover. A pair ribs(115a,115b) are formed on the supporter side. |
