PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal invasion-preventing device which is set to a passage reaching a gateway to prevent that wild animals such as deer or wild boars invade from the passage reaching the gateway of a farm and messily eat farm products, and prevents the invasion of the wild animals. SOLUTION: The animal invasion-preventing device is characterized in that a groove lid-like wood deck 5 is attached to a receiving frame attached to the edge of a rectangular hole formed in the passage reaching the gateway of a farm; the openings have depths of≥200 mm in a state that the wood deck 5 are set; and when the leg of the wild animal is inserted into the opening, at least the first joint of the leg is inserted into the opening 4. The groove lid-like wood deck 5 is formed by arranging main members 2 in a state inclined to the travel direction of the passage in parallel in the frame 1 and then arranging auxiliary members 3 in a state orthogonal to the main members 2 in parallel to form many rhombic openings 4 having such a size as inserting the legs of the wild animals in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions with both the members 2, 3.
