<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for achieving a new sales method of a game device adopting desires of both of a game maker side and a game device purchaser side (shop side, for instance). <P>SOLUTION: In the game system 1, there are two kinds of (a) a lump-sum payment system and (b) a charging system as the sales systems of the game device 30 from the game maker side to the shop side, and they can be selected on the shop side. In the charging system, charging corresponding to the number of times of play is performed during a predetermined charging object period from the first operation date after purchase. After the end of a series of game play, the game device 30 transmits play data including the number of times of the play to the server system.
