<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell having a diffraction member located the light-receiving surface side of a light-receiving surface grid electrode of the solar battery and thereby be able to efficiently fetch light, without producing shadow loss. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell 1 includes a plurality of current collecting grids on the light-receiving surface side of a photoelectric conversion layer 4, and a diffraction member 2 located closer to the light-receiving surface than the current collecting grids, and the diffraction member 2 has portions structured such that it does not cause diffraction, and other portions structured so as to avoid causing diffraction; and the portions of diffraction member 2 that is structured to cause diffraction are located above the current-collecting grids. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
