PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint which is for fall prevention measures by adhering grains to a constructional material to make projection shapes, has a high workability during paint work, and does not deteriorate a beautiful appearance; and to provide the constructional material to which the paint is applied. SOLUTION: The paint mixed with a foamed silicon carbide is applied to the constructional material such as iron, a tile, concrete, or a wood portion to form projections and depressions with the grains of the foamed silicon carbide and to allow the inhibition of a slip during walking on the constructional material. In addition, the beautiful appearance of a painted surface can also be improved by previous toning of the paint to the same color as that of the foamed silicon carbide to be mixed.
