<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for a microwave oven, the package being configured so that a box can be more securely opened by the expansion of a package bag. <P>SOLUTION: The package for a microwave oven includes: a body 10 including a front 11 and a back 12 opposite to each other, and sides 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d extending to the front 11 and back 12, the front 11 being provided with an opening portion 15 that can be opened; and a package bag 20 provided with vapor removal portions 21a, 21b, 21c, and 21d and accommodated in the box 10 such that the vapor removal portions 21a, 21b, 21c, and 21d face the opening portion 15. The opening portion 15 formed in the box 10 is opened by the expansion of the package bag as a result of an increase in the inner pressure of the package bag 20 when the package is heated by a microwave oven. In the package for a microwave oven, linear cuts 17a and 17b, or 17c and 17d, are formed in at least one of the two opposite sides 13b and 13d of the box 10 with the opening portion 15 between them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
