PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dynamic spring constant of a second direction from becoming large when a load in the second direction different from a first direction is input in a state of a stopper abutting on the first or second connecting member side to regulate the relative displacement of the first and second connecting members. SOLUTION: This vibration control device 1 includes: an inner cylinder body 101 serving as the first connecting member; an outer cylinder body 102 serving as the second connecting member; an elastic body 103; and a stopper body 104. When the inner cylinder body 101 moves in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body which is the second direction relative to the outer cylinder body 102 in the mutually abutting state of the inner cylinder body 101 (an elastic body part of the periphery) and the stopper body 104, the stopper body 104 also moves sliding in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
