<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a substrate from being bent or damaged during a manufacturing process while manufacturing an organic electroluminescent display device with a thin thickness and preventing ultra-violet rays from being transmitted to an organic electroluminescent element through the substrate during the manufacturing process or after the manufacturing process so as to reduce the manufacturing time regarding an organic electroluminescent display device, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent display device has a substrate, a buffer layer formed on the substrate, a semiconductor layer formed on the buffer layer, a gate insulating film formed on the semiconductor layer, a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating film, an interlayer dielectric formed on the gate electrode, a source/drain electrode formed on the interlayer dielectric, an insulating film formed on the source/drain electrode, a non-transmissive layer formed on the insulating film, an organic electroluminescent element formed on the insulating film, and a friction preventing layer formed on the lower surface of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
