PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging apparatus wherein a battery can be easily charged according to a user's intention. SOLUTION: The charging apparatus 1 includes a power distribution part 11 that appropriately distributes power supplied from multiple power sources P1, P2 to a battery B to charge the battery B, a power distribution control part 12 that controls the power distribution to the battery B by the power distribution part 11 according to a charging plan, a charging plan preparation part 13 that prepares the charging plan, a database 14 from which the charging plan preparation part 13 obtains various information in preparing a charging plan, and a notification part 16 that notifies a user of a charging plan prepared at the charging plan preparation part 13. The charging plan preparation part 13 prepares multiple charging plans based on multiple different points of view and the notification part 16 notifies a user of these charging plans.
