PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylenic resin which is used as a heat-sealing material of a powder-packaging material and has improved antistatic effect stability. SOLUTION: There is provided an ethylenic polymer pellet mixture comprising at least two kinds of: ethylenic polymer composition pellets (A) comprising at least 60 to 99.99 wt.% of an ethylenic polymer and 0.01 to 40 wt.% of a glycerol fatty acid ester; and ethylenic polymer composition pellets (B) comprising at least 60 to 99.99 wt.% of ethylenic polymer and 0.01 to 40 wt.% of a polyoxyethylene alkylamine.
