The system has spacing blocks (11) forming drain-joints (4), where the system is made of normal stone (1) or concrete paving stone. The stone consists of rectangles (5) that are arranged next to each other on same heights. The rectangles are arranged on top of each other at spacing from drain-joints. The normal stone possesses horizontal and vertical shrinkage joints in drain joint width (8) and exhibits depth of approximately two cm in an inner side of a plaster stone, which lies at the joints or occupies over entire drain joint length and is divided into multiple large rectangle stones.
