APPARATUS FOR REMOVING AROMATIC PHOSPHATE IN WASTE OIL AND SYSTEM FOR TREATING WASTE OIL CONTAINING PCB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing aromatic phosphate in waste oil and a system for treating waste oil containing PCB (Polychlorinated Biphenyl). SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a storage tank 11 for storing waste oil 13 containing aromatic phosphate 12; a supply tank 14 for supplying a predetermined amount of waste oil 13 containing aromatic phosphate 12 fed from the storage tank 11 through a line L1; reaction means 20 for bringing the waste oil 13 fed from the supply tank 14 through a line L2into contact with metal iron (Fe) or metal zinc (Zn) filled therein to advance extreme pressure reaction; a heating part 21 for heating the reaction means 20 to a predetermined temperature; an analyzing part 22 for analyzing the phosphorus (P) concentration of reaction oil 19; a circulating line L3for returning the reaction oil 19 to the supply tank 14; a filter 26 for removing solid content in the reaction oil 19 based on the result of the analyzing part 22; and a preservation tank 28 for preserving the treated waste oil 27 from which the aromatic phosphate 12 passed through the filter 26 is removed.
