PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems or defects of the prior art such as the installation of an actuator, when a windable element is at a wound position, and a scratch or deformation of a fixed structure. SOLUTION: This motion sensor (1) includes a motion measuring means (2) and a means (3) for transmitting signals to a home automation device (100) for closing or sunlight protection. The home automation device includes the fixed structure (110), the actuator (15), and the windable element (10) to be displaced with respect to the fixed structure by the operation of the actuator. The motion sensor includes a case (5) and a means for fixing the sensor to a load bar (18) positioned at the free end of the windable element.
