PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power supply system using a fuel cell continue to operate even when power is not supplied from a system power supply.SOLUTION: A power supply system using fuel cell with its controller includes: a power sensor for detecting current flowing in a power supply line for supplying power from a system power supply to a load; a fuel cell for supplying power from the downstream of the power sensor to the load through the power supply line; a converter which is provided between the fuel cell and load, is supplied with power from the power supply line, and converts AC power to DC power; an inverter which is connected to the power supply line at the upstream of the power sensor and converts output of the converter to AC power to output the AC power; and a control unit which detects current in the power supply line and controls so as to supply power to the power supply line from a storage battery through the inverter so that the power sensor can detect amperage required for driving the fuel cell in the case of being paralleled off from the system power supply.
