PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating preservation receptacle preventing breakage generated at the bottom of the receptacle when aqueous solution refreezes. SOLUTION: When aqueous solution in a half-thawing state, in which an ice lump i1 floats, refreezes, the upper layer of the aqueous solution freezes and the iced layer i2 is integrated to the ice lump i1 and the lower layer of the aqueous solution freezes to form an ice pillar i4 using a protrusion 2C as a nucleus at the center part of an iced layer i3. The ice pillar i4 grows and is integrated to the ice lump i1 and when aqueous solution S remaining around the ice lump i1 and the ice pillar i4 refreezes finally, pressure by the cubical expansion is dispersed and applied to the circumference area except the center part where the protrusion 2C at the inner surface of the bottom part of a vial 2 is formed.
