PURPOSE: A wire saw machine having a texturing effect is provided to improve the production speed by texturing a cut surface of ingot at the same time as cutting the ingot. CONSTITUTION: A wire saw machine having a texturing effect comprises a lattice type frame, a transfer unit(120) which lowers ingot(I), and a cutting unit(130) which cuts the ingot with a rotating wire(135). The transfer unit includes a supporting plate(121) which supports ingot and vibrates up and down, a driving part(123) which is accepted and supported inside a cover(140), an extension spring(122) which is connected to the lower part of the supporting plate, a lower plate(127) which is connected to the bottom of the extension spring, a camshaft(128) which is interposed between the supporting plate and the lower plate, and a motor which is connected to the supporting plate and the lower plate via compression springs. |
