After that, muscular test is performed in the following way: static tension of major pectoral muscle is achieved due to patient's attempts to make movement in shoulder joint on the side of device implantation, and doctor offers resistance to said movement. Muscle test is made in direction of flexion, extension, adduction and abduction in shoulder joint.
