PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation training simulator for quantitatively evaluating the operation easiness of main control room design in the operation of a nuclear power plant in which regular plant responses are complicated, display contents of operation conditions are of great variety, and which has a large number of countermeasure operation devices. SOLUTION: The operation easiness of a main control room of a nuclear power plant having various constitutions is quantitatively evaluated by: simulating operation scenarios of a display control panel having a plurality of display formats; measuring viewpoint information and brain activity information of an operator who copes with the simulation; and comparing the result of the measurement with the operations and timing of determination of a skilled person.
