PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm training machine that controls an exercise intensity. SOLUTION: The arm muscle training machine comprises: a hollow tubular body 11 having a through-hole formed on the bottom, a head part 10 having an arm interconnection part 14 provided on both sides of the tubular body 11; a pair of arms 20 pivotally interconnected to the arm interconnection part 14; a pair of links 50 which downwardly extends in an inclined manner so that an end could be interconnected to each arm 20; a coil spring vertically mounted on the tubular body 11; a rod 40 having an upper end to which a pressure piece for supporting an upper end of the coil spring is interconnected, which penetrates through the coil spring, downwardly extends through the through-hole, and is provided with a rack part having a locking part is formed in the lowed part; a cover which is arranged with spacing below the head part 10, has both sides to which the other end of each link 50 is pivotally interconnected, and includes a through hole so that the rack part could be movably inserted thereinto; and an elastic force control part 60 to be attached to the cover.
