PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a reduction gear which can be reduced in thickness more than before. SOLUTION: This motor with the reduction gear comprises a motor part and a reduction gear part. The motor part includes a motor shaft (31), rotors (37, 38) arranged at the external periphery of the motor shaft, a stator (39) arranged at the external peripheral side of the rotors, a motor anti-load side bearing (36) which rotatably supports the motor shaft while being arranged at the external periphery of the motor shaft which is closer to the anti-load side than to the rotor, and a motor load side bearing (35) which rotatably supports the motor shaft while being arranged at the external periphery of the load side of the motor shaft which is closer to the load side than the rotor. The reduction gear part includes a reduction gear mechanism (45) which is arranged at the external periphery of the motor shaft between the rotor and the motor load side bearing and decelerates the speed of the rotation of the motor shaft, and a reduction gear shaft (49) which is connected to the load side of the reduction gear mechanism and outputs the rotation of the motor shaft which is decelerated in speed by the reduction gear mechanism to the outside.
