<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull print system for preventing a print job incompatible with the print function of a printer from being executed. <P>SOLUTION: In the pull print system, a printer is provided with: an input means for enabling a user to input a pull print request; and a print means for executing a print job received from a data processor, and for printing an image on a recorded medium. The data processor is provided with: a determination means for determining whether the print setting of the print job stored in a predetermined job storage means matches the print function of the printer to which the pull print request has been input under such conditions that the pull print request has been input to any printer; and a control means for transmitting the print job to the printer, that is, the control means for, when the result of the determination means is negative, not transmitting the print job or transmitting the print job by correcting the print setting of the print job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
