摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a botulinus toxin formulation capable of extremely safer high-dose administration than existing botulinus toxin A-type formulation. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a botulinus toxin type-C<SB>1</SB>, D, E or F formulation extremely wider in therapeutic range than existing botulinus toxin type-A formulation and capable of safely administrating much more effective amount. For example, botulinus toxin type-C<SB>1</SB>can be safely administered to a total of about 1,925 U/kg body weight, and the effect is equivalent to about 250 U/kg body weight in terms of botulinus toxin type-A formulation.
