PURPOSE: A unit pixel pattern of a photo sensitive device and the photosensitive device including the same are provided to improve photosensitivity by controlling the size of a pixel or each filter according to the eyes of a user. CONSTITUTION: A pixel array(31) includes a color filter array. An analog signal processor(32) performs correlated double sampling. The analog signal processor performs automatic gain control to dynamically change the amplification gain according to the intensity of the brightness at each frame. A digital signal processor(33) corrects the color of a signal outputted from the analog signal processor and processes an image signal including interpolation.
