PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a microphone unit, formed by integrating a circular printed board piece, to a cylindrical microphone element also in a rotating direction, without using a dedicated component for making to fixed to the microphone element. SOLUTION: A microphone-unit supporting structure supports the microphone unit 20 to a microphone-unit supporting portion 10 of a holder 1. The microphone unit includes: a substantially-cylindrical microphone element 21; and a printed board 30 including a substantially-circular printed board body 31 fixed to a back face of the microphone element, and two projecting pieces 32 and 33 projected in the direction of an outer diameter across a peripheral-direction interval of non-180 degrees from an outer peripheral edge of the printed board body. A groove portion 11, into which one projecting piece is fitted and supported when the microphone unit is fitted and supported in the microphone-unit supporting portion, is formed on a front face of the holder on the outer peripheral side of the microphone-unit supporting portion, and an insertion hole 12, into which the other projecting piece is inserted, is formed on the inner wall of the microphone-unit supporting portion.
