EMULSIFIED DISPERSION COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF AMPHIPHILIC PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified dispersion composition having good stability of emulsified dispersion and excellent feeling of use even when the content of an aqueous component exceeds 60 vol.%.

SOLUTION: The emulsified dispersion composition contains amphiphilic particles (a), the aqueous component (b) and an oily component (c), wherein the amphiphilic particles (a) include secondary aggregate particles composed of hydrophilic fine particles constituted by silica and/or alumina and hydrophobic fine particles. The surface of the secondary aggregate particles is divided in a hydrophilic surface and a hydrophobic surface. The method for producing the emulsified dispersion composition includes: a dispersion step of dispersing the amphiphilic particles (a) in the aqueous component (b) to obtain an aqueous dispersion (dw) of the amphiphilic particles; and an emulsifying/dispersing step of mixing the oily component (c) and the aqueous dispersion (dw) of the amphiphilic particles to perform emulsifying/dispersing.
