<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof treatment implement that can easily form a fireproof treatment structure without requiring a large quantity of thermally expansive refractory material, and the fireproof treatment structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fireproof treatment implement 11 includes a base 12 made of a noncombustible material and formed in size to close the whole through-hole of a wall W. The base 12 is formed with a plurality of insertion holes 16 spaced from one another to insert conduit tubes D.
