PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a condition by simultaneously operating a plurality of sensors in the occurrence of an event. SOLUTION: In an environmental sensor node 20, sensor data on an environmental condition change is transmitted to a data processor 30 along with transmitting a measurement instruction to each of user sensor nodes 10 according to the environmental condition change detected by the own environmental sensor. In each of the user sensor nodes 10, the condition of a relevant user is measured using the own user sensor according to the measurement instruction from the environmental sensor node 20, and the resultant sensor data obtained is transmitted to the data processor 30.
