A mechanical interlock device for a high-voltage circuit breaker and a high-voltage disconnecting switch comprises a high-voltage circuit breaker body (a) with a phase outlet terminal used for opening or closing the phase thereof , a high-voltage disconnecting switch body (b) which is connected with the high-voltage circuit breaker body and is provided with a phase incoming connecting block, and a mechanical interlock mechanism (c) which is disposed between the high-voltage circuit breaker body and the high-voltage disconnecting switch body and is used to prevent the opening and closing of the high-voltage disconnecting switch body via a mechanical action when the high-voltage circuit breaker body is in closing state.
