PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm rest capable of removal-stopping a fitting pin for hinge-bonding the arm rest to a seat back frame by a simple structure even when baggage is impactedly abutted on a back surface of a seat back. SOLUTION: By the fitting pin 22 with a head fitted to a U-shaped pin hole 41 of a right hinge bracket 40 of a rear seat back frame 34, a base side of the right frame side 16 is hinge-bonded to the right hinge bracket 40. Further, in the fitting pin 22 with the head, a removal-stop flange 26 is integrally formed on its distal end. Further, a distal end portion of the fitting pin with the head is fitted to the U-shaped pin hole 41 of the right hinge bracket 40 from above and the removal-stop flange 26 can be hooked on the right hinge bracket 40, thereby removal-stop is attained.
