PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation load generated when a playback part is locked. SOLUTION: An arm clamper bent part 12 is provided at the back of an arm clamper 2. A first slider 4 is provided with a slider bent part 13 that is pressed by the arm clamper bent part 12 when the first slider 4 slides in one direction and the arm clamper 2 is opened.
