PURPOSE: A composition containing hemp fiber is provided to protect the skin and to be used for UV protector or antiaging. CONSTITUTION: A composition for blocking UV ray and/or controlling oily skin contains hemp, sebum absorbing material, and secondary sebum control activator. The hemp fiber is contained in 0.5-20% based on total composition. The sebum absorbing material is selected from the group consisting of clay, talcum, silica, starch, and polymeric absorbing agent. The secondary sebum control activator contains vitamin B3 compound, tocopherol nicotinate, and pyridoxine.
