PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device for always keeping the best condition without causing excessive water supply and water deficiency by performing timely best watering to trees and plants, and automatically performing watering economically timely. SOLUTION: The water supply device includes evaporating water in a container according to humidity in the atmosphere by applying the fact that the amount of water evaporation is proportional to humidity in the atmosphere (weather), detecting the water level change in the container followed by operating a solenoid valve, and performing timely best watering so as to always keep the best condition without causing excessive water supply and water deficiency, and automatically performing watering economically timely using solar light as natural energy.
