The method involves providing output kinematic parameters values to a given evolution model of a radar target. Value of input signal amplitude is determined with respect to values of input parameters for each input sequence, where the values of the input parameters correspond to the evolution model of the radar target defined by the values of kinematic parameters that characterize the considered output sample. The values of the input signal amplitude determined for each input sequence are added to determine amplitude characterizing the considered output sample. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting radar echo.
