PURPOSE: A packing stand aligning method and a device thereof are provided to replace a packing box without delay by continually arranging the packing stand in an empty box in the replace time of the packing box. CONSTITUTION: A packing stand aligning device a lifting device(2), a platform(3), a moving unit(4), a packing stand aligning pipe(4d), a plurality of guide levers(5, 6), and a roller conveyor(7). The lifting device is installed in top end portion of the base(1). The moving unit is installed in the platform and is reciprocated form side to side. The several guide rollers(5w, 6w) of the guide lever guides the packing stand(p) in the aligning pipe. A plurality of rollers(7r) of the roller conveyor is driven as a chain sprocket(7s), a motor(7m), and a motor device(7t). The roller conveyor is vertically installed in a plane orthogonal to the lifting device. According to the command of the electronic control unit, the packing stand is aligned on the plane in horizontal and longitudinal rows by coupling the movement of the moving unit and box through the roller conveyor.
