PURPOSE: A buffering device of a ship is provided to prevent an excessive movement of a tide-preventing by restricting the flow of the tide-preventing through a corrugated plate. CONSTITUTION: A buffering device(100) of a ship comprises a fixed plate(110), a tide-preventing(120), and a buffer unit(130). The fixed plate is fixed to the front side of the outer panel of the ship. The tide-preventing is separately from the front side of the fixed plate. The buffer unit is installed between the tide-preventing and fixed plate. If the external shock is delivered to the tide-preventing, the buffer unit buffers the impact.
