<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element that provides large electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell element 1 includes a semiconductor substrate 2 showing a first conductivity type, a first electrode 4 formed on a side of one principal surface A of the semiconductor substrate 2, through holes 7 formed from the one principal surface A to the other principal surface B of the semiconductor substrate 2, second electrodes 8 formed in the through holes 7, a third electrode 11 to which the other ends of the second electrodes 8 is connected and which is connected to the first electrode 4, and a fourth electrode 12 which is formed on the other principal surface B of the semiconductor substrate 2 while insulated from the third electrode 11, and differs in polarity from the third electrode 11, wherein the plurality of through holes 7 are arranged along a part of an outer periphery of the semiconductor substrate 2, and the fourth electrode 12 extends from near the third electrode 11 to near an outer periphery on the opposite side from a part of the semiconductor substrate 2 where the through holes 7 are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
