Transdermal system comprises: at least one immunomodulator as an active substance including quinolines, isoxazoles, fumaric acid derivatives, sphingosine-1-phosphatase-receptor-modulators or their salts; metabolite forming groups; a skin protective layer impermeable to the active substance; an active substance reservoir; and a carrier impermeable to the active substance for the reservoir.
