SEMICONDUCTOR LASER DEVICE AND OPTICAL FIBER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device and an optical fiber capable of enhancing the coupling efficiency of laser beam incoming to an optical fiber from one end surface thereof and improving output of the laser beam emitted from the other end surface thereof without complication in structure of device.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device 1 includes an LD bar 2 and an optical fiber 9a to which light 5 emitted from the LD bar 2 is inputted to the one end surface 10 thereof. The optical fiber 9a is provided with a reflecting part 41 for reflecting the light inputted to the one end surface 10 to the LD bar 2 at least at a part of a clad 33 in the one end surface 10.
