<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner, configured so that a user can easily recognize whether a saving action should be taken or whether a saving target is attained. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes: a power consumption calculation unit 222 which calculates an amount of power consumption in operation based on a measured current value and power source voltage; a table 230 which preliminarily stores recommendation temperatures corresponding to outdoor temperatures and amounts of power consumption in operation at the same recommendation temperatures; a power consumption estimation unit 223 which selects, based on a detection temperature by an outdoor temperature sensor 240, a recommendation temperature and an amount of power consumption in operation at the same recommendation temperature from the table 230; a usage rate calculation unit 224 which calculates a usage rate as excess or saving based on a power consumption difference between the calculated amount of power consumption and the selected amount of power consumption and a unit power rate; and a display data creation unit 226 which creates display data by combining the usage rate with the selected recommendation temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
