PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation device, acquiring lens information from a lens device for the lens devices of either type having one or both of serial and parallel communication functions to perform high-accuracy vibration isolation control by acquiring lens information used for vibration isolation control from signal lines of a camera and the lens device even if the communication system between the camera and the lens device is either serial or parallel. SOLUTION: In communication between the camera 18 and the lens device 22, the signal line where a signal is transmitted is disposed in the interior of the vibration isolation device 20, and when serial communication is performed between the camera 18 and the lens device 22, lens information used for vibration isolation control is acquired from a serial signal line Ls where a serial signal is transmitted by a serial signal fetch circuit 72. When parallel communication is performed between the camera 18 and the lens device 22, lens information used for vibration isolation control is acquired from a signal line where a parallel signal is transmitted by a parallel signal fetch circuit 70.
