<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for preventing and treating ichthyophthiriasis and exhibiting killing effect for protozoan body of Cryptocaryon irritans which is parasitic on a marine fish body. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the preventing and treating agent for ichthyophthiriasis of marine fish containing an ionophore antibiotic substance as an active component, and the preventing and treating agent for ichthyophthiriasis of marine fish wherein the ionophore antibiotic substance is one or more substances selected from salinomycin, monensin, narasin, semduramicin and their salts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
