PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a power transmission which can effectively utilize pressure of exhaust gas produced in an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A control device of a power transmission which is equipped with a movable member for controlling a power transmission state of a power transmission and a pressure chamber for generating power applied to the movable member, consists of an internal combustion engine 2 for producing power by burning fuel and a pressure transmission mechanism 22A for transmitting pressure of exhaust gas produced in the internal combustion engine 2 to a pressure chamber 18. The pressure transmission mechanism 22A is constituted to make the speed of exhaust gas in the downstream pipe line 25 faster than that in the upstream pipe line 23, and equipped with bypass pipe lines 26, 28 for connecting the upstream pipe line 23 and downstream pipe line 25. The exhaust gas pressure of the upstream pipe line 23 is transmitted to the pressure chamber 18 via the bypass pipe line 26 by pressure difference between the upstream pipe line 23 and downstream pipe line 25.
