<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the factor of a failure in order to prevent its reoccurrence. <P>SOLUTION: A failure analysis device 1 is installed in a manufacturing line having a plurality of operation processes 10 and an inspection process 20 at the downstream side of the plurality of operation processes 10, and provided with: an image pickup means (fixed camera 60, compact camera 70) for imaging an operating state in the prescribed operation process 10 among the plurality of operation processes 10; a storage means 80 for storing a plurality of video data captured by the imaging means; and a selection means for, when any failure is found out by the inspection process 20, selecting the video data on which the operating state in the prescribed operation process of a workpiece W in which any failure has occurred is projected from among the plurality of video data stored in the storage means 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
