PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent unsuitable shooting in a game state without time reduction. SOLUTION: A lottery part 301 performs lottery such that lottery of jackpot contents for a game ball entering a second starting hole is more advantageous to a game player than lottery of jackpot contents for a game ball entering a first starting hole. One of a game state with time reduction or the game state without time reduction is set on a game state setting part 302. In the game state with time reduction, an electric tulip is made easy to open so that a game ball is shot to a right area on a game board to play the game. In the game state without time reduction, the electric tulip is made hard to open so that the game ball is shot to a left area or the central area on the game board to play the game. An information control part 311 gives information to the effect that it is unsuitable shooting based on the game ball entering the second starting hole when the game state without time reduction is set on the game state setting part 302.
