PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which has good moldability and productivity, is excellent in chlorine water resistance, and also has good resilience after compression. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains: (A) a hydrogenated thermoplastic polystyrene elastomer which is a hydrogenated substance of a block copolymer (Z) which consists of a block unit (s) of a polymer which consists of styrene monomer and a block unit (b) of a polymer which consists of a conjugated diene compound, and has a weight-average molecular weight of 180,000 to 500,000; (B) paraffin oil which has a kinetic viscosity at 40°C of 20 to 1,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s; and (C) polyethylene which has a density of 870 to 940 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and a melt mass flow rate of 100 g/10 min or less; wherein the content of the paraffin oil is 50 to 300 pts.mass to the hydrogenated thermoplastic polystyrene elastomer 100 pts.mass, and the content of the polyethylene is 10 to 200 pts.mass to the hydrogenated thermoplastic polystyrene elastomer 100 pts.mass.
